What is CaPCG?
CaPCG refers to a triple-antibody detection test strip for canines, specifically targeting three common pathogenic infections:
- C = Control line (Validates test strip effectiveness and sample flow, ensuring reliable results)
- P = canine parvovirus antigen
- C = canine coronavirus antigen
- G = Giardia lamblia antigen
It is a rapid in vitro diagnostic tool designed for simultaneous screening of the three infections with a single sample, simplifying veterinary clinical testing workflows.

Test procedures
1. Remove the test card from the foil pouch and place it flat on a work surface.
2. Transfer 4 drops of the treated sample from the assay buffer tube into the sample well.
3. Start the timer. Wait for 10 minutes to read the result.
Interpretation
Positive (+):
Giardia lamblia positive, C line and G line appear
Negative(-):The C line is visible, but the P, C and G line is not visible.
Invalid:No line appears in the C zone.
